Platform purpose

FORME is a platform for licensing designs, activating local making, coordinating briefs and quotes, and recording completed works for provenance.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload unlawful, explicit, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Do not use the changing room test view for sexualised, exploitative, or unrelated image manipulation.
• Do not attempt to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt the site or services.
• Do not impersonate another person, maker, designer, or platform representative.

Designs and licenses

Designs on FORME are licensed, not sold. A license grants access to a specified activation pathway under the terms described on the platform.

Unless otherwise stated, a license does not include making, fitting, material sourcing, delivery, or other third-party costs.

Changing room test view

Changing room outputs are provisional visualizations only. They are not guarantees of final garment fit, fabrication, finishing, or exact appearance.

Makers and quotes

Maker participation, quote timing, fitting processes, and project outcomes may vary. FORME aims to provide structure and visibility, but individual making processes may involve off-platform steps such as fittings, measurements, and fabric decisions.

Intellectual property

All platform content, design materials, and related system language remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform content beyond permitted use.

Accounts and access

We may suspend or remove access where we reasonably believe a user has misused the platform, breached these terms, or created risk for others.
