FORMEMoon Orchid Competition

Competition terms

Moon Orchid

These terms govern entry to the 2026 Moon Orchid worldwide competition presented by FORME.

01

Promoter

The competition is promoted by Rosanna Li (ABN 62 439 188 141), operator of FORME, Victoria, Australia (the Promoter).

02

Eligibility

Entry is open worldwide to people aged 18 years or over, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

The Promoter's family members, household members and personal friends are not eligible to enter. Employees, contractors, representatives and any person directly involved in the development, administration or judging of the competition are also ineligible.

03

Competition period

The competition opens on 1 October 2026 on the FORME website.

Entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 December 2026, Melbourne, Australia time. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible for judging.

04

How to enter

Entry is free. To enter, an eligible entrant must select one of the three Moon Orchid competition designs and answer:

Choose a Moon Orchid design. What life do you imagine for it?

The response must contain no more than 25 words. The entrant must also provide their full name, email address and country and accept these terms before submitting the entry.

No purchase, FORME subscription or use of Try On is required to enter.

05

One entry per person

Each person may submit one entry only.

If a person submits more than one entry, all entries submitted by that person will be disqualified and will not be eligible for judging. Using different names or email addresses does not create an entitlement to additional entries.

06

Entry requirements

Entrants must provide accurate information and submit their own original response.

Entries must not contain material that infringes another person's rights, is unlawful, or is abusive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate for publication by FORME.

The Promoter may disqualify an entry that does not comply with these terms.

07

Judging

This is a skill-based competition. Winners are not selected by chance.

Eligible entries will be judged on 1 January 2027 according to:

  • originality;
  • imagination; and
  • connection to the selected Moon Orchid design.

One grand-prize winner and 50 Reader Prize recipients will be selected. Optional survey responses are not part of the judging and will not affect an entrant's chance of winning.

08

Grand prize

The grand-prize winner will receive one 12-month licence for a Moon Orchid competition design of their choice, stated value AUD $1,200.

The prize is the design licence only. Making, materials, fitting, alterations, manufacture, production, delivery and any other costs associated with producing a physical garment are not included.

Use of the licensed design remains subject to the licence terms supplied with the prize.

09

Reader Prizes

Fifty Reader Prize recipients will each receive one month of FORME Reader access.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash. A prize may not be sold or transferred to another person unless the Promoter expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

10

Winner notification

The grand-prize winner and 50 Reader Prize recipients will be notified by email on 1 January 2027 using the email address supplied with their entry.

Entrants are responsible for providing a working email address and for checking messages sent to that address. The Promoter may request reasonable information from a selected entrant to verify identity or eligibility before awarding a prize.

11

Unclaimed or ineligible prizes

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period stated in the notification email, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter may select another eligible entry using the same judging criteria.

12

Publication

Giving permission for FORME to publish an entrant's first name and competition response is optional and is separate from acceptance of these competition terms.

Declining publication permission does not affect eligibility or judging.

13

Optional feedback survey

Entrants may choose to answer questions about their experience of FORME. Participation in the feedback survey is voluntary.

Survey responses are not part of the competition entry judging criteria and do not affect an entrant's chance of winning. Responses may be analysed by FORME for research and product-development purposes.

14

Personal information

FORME collects the information supplied with an entry for the purposes of administering the competition, assessing eligibility, contacting selected entrants and awarding prizes.

Competition entry does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

Additional information will only be requested from a selected entrant where reasonably necessary to verify identity or eligibility or to provide a prize.

15

Competition integrity

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant for providing false information, attempting to submit duplicate entries, interfering with the competition or entry process, or otherwise acting inconsistently with these terms.

16

Technical problems and changes

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received because of internet, device, platform or other technical failures outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control materially affect the fair or practical operation of the competition, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the competition to the extent reasonably necessary. Any material change will be published on the competition page.

17

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
