This page explains, in plain language, how FORME handles information you provide while using the platform, including image uploads for the changing room test view.
What we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including account details, design and maker application information, activation briefs, messages submitted through platform forms, and payments processed through third-party services.
If you use the changing room test view, you may upload a full-body image for image generation purposes.
Changing room test view images
Uploaded images are used to generate a changing room test view. These images are stored temporarily in your browser session for convenience while using the feature.
FORME does not currently use uploaded or generated images to train AI models.
Generated outputs and uploaded images may also be processed by third-party AI infrastructure used by FORME. We aim to use providers with appropriate safeguards, but third-party processing terms may apply.
Local browser storage
FORME may store some convenience features locally in your browser, such as saved notes, review-later reminders, selected designs, and temporary image session data used during try-on flows.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. FORME does not store full payment card details on its own servers.
How we use information
- to operate the platform and user accounts
- to enable licensing, activation, quoting, and provenance flows
- to respond to support requests
- to improve the clarity, reliability, and safety of the platform
- to comply with legal obligations where required
What we do not do
- We do not claim ownership of your personal uploaded photos.
- We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.
- We do not use changing room uploads to train AI models unless this is clearly stated and consented to in future.
